This first FAMO Practice module offers a rich selection of experience-proven repertoire that utilise and benefit all 12 fascial movement qualities (FAMO Focus) and 12 myofascial meridians (Anatomy Trains in Motion).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"c14286\" class=\"ce-textpic ce-header- ce-center ce-above \">\n<h2>About the Course<\/h2>\n<p>By the end of the course, you will have a nuanced understanding and a felt sense of a multidimensional set of our favourite FAMO exercises, ready to use in your personal practice and with clients. Experience has shown that the movements and techniques are well-suited for group classes, personalised training, and therapeutic settings, using body-minded movement to enhance physical functionality and psycho-emotional wellbeing.<\/p>\n<p>While all myofascial meridians are considered, special emphasis is placed on the Superficial Back Line and Superficial Front Line due to their essential roles in postural balance, movement production, and creating a feeling of grounded lift in the body-mind.
